Arm Flab Busters

Step 1: Grab a pair of weighted dumbells. Stand in a boxers stance.



Step 2: With control, jap across your torso. Quickly return to start position and repeat for reps.


Cynthia's Tip: This exercise will work your shoulders, arms, and core. Be sure that your hand is aligned with your shoulder when you jab.
