                           Back Extention

Step 1: Lay down flat on your stomach with your hands behind your head, prisoner style.

Step 2:Tighten your core, and, with control, lift your upper body and legs off the floor. Gently lower back down, and repeat.


*Cynthia's Tip: This is a great workout to strengthen your lower back. Remember to always look straight and keep your toes pointed.
